TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INTRODUCTION

These are the terms and conditions that apply if you enter our prize draw for a chance to win a Family Visit to Kew Gardens for Two Adults and Two Children with Virgin Experience Days (the “Promotion” for short).

1. Acceptance of these terms: If you enter this Promotion, we’ll take that you accept these terms and conditions and the entry instructions, so please make sure you read the terms carefully.
2. Who can enter?: This Promotion is exclusively for those who live in the UK and are aged 18 or over when they enter the Promotion.
3. Entry restrictions: We want to keep things fair, so employees of Paper High and anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion, along with their immediate families, unfortunately, can’t enter.
4. When can I enter?: The Promotion opens on 24 February 2025 at 10am GMT and closes on 27 March 2025 at 23:59pm GMT (the “Promotion Period” for short). Any entries outside the Promotion Period won’t count.

HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION

For a chance to win, here’s what you need to do:

• Enter your email address in the form.
• Confirm your email address by clicking on the email sent. This is a really important step. If you don’t confirm your email, you won’t be entered.
• That’s it! You’ve entered our giveaway.
• Wait to see if we contact you after the draw ends.
• If you’ve won the Family Visit to Kew Gardens for Two Adults and Two Children experience. We’ll get in touch via email with all the details

You can only enter once and don’t worry – no purchase is necessary.

PRIZES AND WINNERS

1. One (1) lucky winner will get a Family Visit to Kew Gardens for Two Adults and Two Children experience with Virgin Experience Days.
2. The winner will be picked randomly from all eligible entries by an automated computer programme on 28 March 2025 GMT.
3. Keep your eyes on your inbox! Winner will be notified by email that they have won on 28 March 2025 GMT. The winner must respond to this email within five (5) working days.
4. The winner will receive a digital Family Visit to Kew Gardens for Two Adults and Two Children experience voucher via email to the email address entered in the ballot. The experience must be booked within 6 months of receiving the voucher, after which it will expire. A heads up: the experience will be subject to the Virgin Experience Days’ terms and conditions and any other specific terms that are communicated at the time of booking.
5. If we can’t reach the winner within five (5) working days, if the winner doesn’t accept their Prize, the winner isn’t eligible to win or we can’t verify their eligibility, the winner will forfeit their Prize and we may award the Prize to another winner, selected in the same way we’ve set out above.
6. Bear in mind: any extra costs and expenses that are not included in the Prize are your responsibility, including any additional costs such as travel, accommodation, insurance and taxes.

WHAT CONDITIONS DO I NEED TO BE AWARE OF?

1. We have the ultimate say in picking the winner, and our decision is final. We won’t enter into any correspondence, except with the winner.
2. There are no cash alternatives available. The Prize is as described, and that’s what you get. No passing it on or reselling it for cash. Unless we agree otherwise, the Prize will only be awarded to the winner.
3. If you’re the winner, we want to shout about it! We might publish information to confirm that we awarded the Prize – for example, the name and county of residence of the winner. If the winner wants to keep things private, simply email us at ecommerce@paperhigh.com. But bear in mind that we still need to provide these details and the winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority or an equivalent authority if they ask.
4. If you’re the lucky winner, you might also get an email from us to join in on some promotional activities to celebrate your win, such as website features and social media posts. If the winner wants to keep things private, simply email us at ecommerce@paperhigh.com.
5. We want to keep things fair and square, so no entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or any other funny business please. This includes things like entries using computer macro, script or automated devices, and bulk entries.
6. We reserve the right to check who’s playing by the rules, including by verifying their eligibility to enter, and to disqualify anyone who’s abusing or tampering with the Promotion, entering using fraudulent means or breaking these terms and conditions.

A FEW FINAL POINTS

1. We can’t predict everything, and we’re not responsible for any loss or damage that we couldn’t have foreseen or that results from things outside our control.
2. The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform where it is promoted and those social media platforms don’t have any responsibility in connection with the Promotion.
3. Sometimes things change, and we reserve the right to extend, withdraw, tweak or suspend the Promotion or these terms, including changing the Prize, if things happen that are outside our control.
4. Your data is safe with us. All personal data that is submitted in connection with the Promotion will be used by us to run the Promotion, award the Prize, check eligibility, and make sure everything’s above board. All data will be used in line with current UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
5. English law applies to the Promotion, these terms and any disputes that might happen in connection with them.
