Delivery and Returns

We understand the current difficulties that you may face when returning your order.  We are happy to accept returns up to 90 days from the date of purchase.

  • Products should be returned, unused, and in it's original packaging, together with the return form inside the packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to bear the cost of the return unless there is a fault with the item.  Please get proof of postage when returning items, just in case!
  • We regret that we are unable to accept returns of personalised orders, unless there is a fault with the item itself.

Delivery

Our delivery cost is based on the size and weight of the individual items you are ordering - we think that this is the fairest way to do this rather than have a flat rate. To find out how much the items you would like to order will cost to deliver please check your basket.

UK Standard Delivery

based upon weight usually costs between £0.95 - £3.95

UK Standard Delivery is free for all UK orders over £30.

UK Next Working Day Delivery is £6.95.

For orders placed before 3pm, orders placed on Friday will arrive on the next working day which is the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

UK Saturday Delivery is £12.95.

Orders must be place by 3pm on Friday for this service.

Please note due to on-going Covid restrictions UK Next Working Day and UK Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed.

We aim to send all orders, placed before 2pm, the same day using Royal Mail's first-class post, your order should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Overseas orders may take up to 14 days to receive your order but please note that it may take longer for overseas items to arrive during the current Covid restrictions.

Ordering from outside the UK?

We also work out delivery costs based on the size and weight of the items if you are ordering from outside the UK. Again, to find out how much the items you would like to order will cost to deliver please check your basket.

All international orders placed on the Paper High website are shipped from the UK, so you may be charged import duties or taxes when the order reaches the delivery country. These charges vary and must be paid by the recipient. If you have any questions related to customs charges, please contact your local customs office.

Returns and exchanges

We are a Fair Trade company and we want everyone to enjoy our products as much as we enjoy selling them and as much as our producers enjoy making them. However, if you have any issue with your order we guarantee that we will solve it as soon as possible.

We are happy to offer our customers a 90 day no questions asked return on any products, (unless personalised) providing the products are in the same condition as they were received and still in the original packaging.  We regret that personalised items are non returnable unless the product itself is faulty.

We aim to only send you the best quality products and are disappointed if you find a problem with your order. Please note though that because they are handmade products there will be some variation in their patterns and colours and the items you receive may look slightly different to how they look on the website. We celebrate the fact that this means you get a unique product and we hope you do too.

We are more than happy to refund you for faulty goods and happy to exchange goods for you. We regret that return postage for goods undamaged or exchanged will be extra because we are a small company and cannot absorb the costs. Your statutory rights are not affected.

There is no need to send returns back recorded or special delivery, but we do advise that you get proof of postage, as we cannot be liable for any items that get lost in the post without proof of postage.

Your return postage will be refunded only if the items are deemed to be damaged in any way.

Buying online means that you are also covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations (previously the distance selling regulations) and are entitled to 14 days to send the goods back for a full refund if you are unhappy with them.
