What personalisation options do you offer?
Hot Foil Stamp Machine
First, the brass letter blocks are placed into the machine, where they’re heated up to 130°C. Then, your product is placed on to the metal plate before a member of our crafty personalising team aligns it perfectly, and adds your chosen foil if you’ve opted for something extra special.
You can choose from gold, silver, or black foil, or blind debossed – just the stamps with no colour – if you prefer to keep it simple.
Finally, the lever is pulled down and the blocks are stamped into the surface of the leather, making it yours forever.
Laser Engraving Machine
A few of our products can be laser engraved, making it a unique souvenir for your colleagues or a special event such as trade shows and conferences. We offer two different types of laser personalisation:
Graphics / Brand logos
Depending on the complexity of the graphic, our software can convert the file so that our laser engraver has the ability to burn this onto leather or wood.
Handwriting
A selection of leather goods can be laser personalised with your handwriting if requested.
How do I order?
Step One

Our warehouse team check your order request and either email you for further information, or send an order confirmation invoice.

Once payment is received online, we either: (1) create a personalisation sample for approval via email or (2) pick, pack and dispatch your order

FAQs
Why is your minimum order 30 products?
Our minimum order quantity threshold is set at 30 to ensure our warehouse team aren’t overwhelmed with smaller orders, and to ensure we can give you the best price for your order. We believe this is a fair and competitive minimum order quantity, and hope you’ll find more than enough products you love to reach it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Once we confirm your order and invoice you, payment can be made via credit or debit card only.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay and Giropay.
We do not store any credit card or debit card information.
All financial transactions made via card use Stripe which means that you do not share your financial information with us. Find out more about how Stripe protects buyers.
How much do you charge for personalisation?
We currently offer the following on our website:
- Small text one row: £10
- Small text two rows: £15
- Large text one row: £5
- Large text two rows: £10
- Blind debossing (no colour imprint): FREE
- Gold foil: £2
- Silver foil: £2
- Black foil: £2
- Laser engraving: £5 – £10 depending on the complexity of the graphic
As you can see, we are very competitively priced and all our personalisation is done in-house; meaning we can tailor to your needs. We will provide you with a full, no hidden cost, quote before confirming your order.
Can you personalise my brand logo or team members name's onto a product?
We have both a hot foil stamp machine and a laser engraving machine that our warehouse staff are fully trained to use.
If you’d like to personalise our products with some text, for example a name or location, then we recommend the hot foil stamp machine. This personalisation can be seen on many of our products on the website (and in the sample swatch to the left) and it means you can also pick a colour for your text.
If you’d like your brand logo or a graphic on our products, our laser engraving machine will do just the job! Simply let us know you’d like this option on the form, upload your logo and we will let you know if this is possible and will provide a sample (via photograph by email).
How much do you charge for delivery?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (unless we need to contact you regarding your order) and everything is sent tracked.
We use Royal Mail for all our delivery options except Next Working Day which is DPD.
For UK orders:
- Standard (2-5 days): FREE for orders over £20 if delivering to same address
- Next Working Day: £6.95
For international orders:
Europe: £7.95, £9.95, or £14.95 depending on the items in your order.
Rest of the world: £7.95, £10.95 or £17.95 depending on the items in your order.
All international orders may take up to 14 days to be delivered.
* If you want us to send your products to different addresses, postage costs apply.
What's your returns policy?
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned unless the product itself is faulty.
Where are you based?
We are based in sunny Lewes, UK. All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse, meaning that our small but mighty team can help if you have a particular request for your order.
We use reputable couriers including DPD, DHL and Royal Mail.
