Loyalty Club with a difference

Our Passport is about more than discounts; it’s about making a difference.

When you have at least 500 Impact Stamps (worth £5), you can choose the following:

  • Take £5 Off Your Order – Use your Impact Stamps to take money off a future order.
  • Plant 5 Trees – Turn your Impact Stamps into environmental impact by planting 5 trees via Tree-Nation.
  • Support the Anita Milan Child Education Fund – Your Impact Stamps are added to a communal fund that helps send a child in Nepal to school for a year (this costs £170 per child, per year).

Every redemption is your choice – shop consciously or give something back along the way.

If you love thoughtful, ethically made products (and like the idea of being rewarded while making a positive impact) this programme is for you. Whether you’re placing your first order or you’ve travelled with us for years, your Passport grows with you.

There’s no cost to join, no complexity, and no minimum spend. Just rewards, recognition, and the chance to shop consciously.

Impact Stamps are designed to be simple and rewarding, with flexibility built in.

Collecting Impact Stamps:

  • Create an account = 50 Impact Stamps.
  • Refer a friend = 500 Impact Stamps when they successfully place their first order.
  • Shop with us = collect 5 Impact Stamps for every £1 you spend.

Using Impact Stamps:

  • 100 Impact Stamps = £1 in value.
  • The minimum redemption is 500 Impact Stamps (worth £5).
  • With 500 Impact Stamps, you can take £5 off your order, or choose to make an impact by planting 5 trees or supporting our child education fund.

Just like the craftsmanship behind our products, this journey isn’t rushed:

  • Points don’t expire, so you can collect them at your own pace.
  • Redeem little and often, or save up for something bigger. It’s entirely up to you.

As you move further through My Journey, your points multiplier increases, meaning you’ll earn points even faster along the way.

The ‘My Journey’ section, which can be found under My Account > Paper High Passport, shows how far you’ve travelled with us.

It’s made up of six different destinations, each representing a milestone in your loyalty journey with us.

As you move through ‘My Journey’, you’ll unlock:

  • A reward coupon at each stage
  • A Impact Stamps multiplier, so you earn more Impact Stamps with each order

Your journey progresses automatically as you shop. You can see your current stage, progress, rewards, and multipliers at any time by logging into your account.

Each stage is designed to recognise your loyalty and reflect the values at the heart of Paper High: thoughtful shopping and positive impact.

All completed purchases made on paperhigh.com qualify for Paper High Passport rewards. As long as you’re logged into your account when you place an order, that purchase will count towards:

  • Earning Impact Stamps
  • Progressing through ‘My Journey’
  • Unlocking coupons and Impact Stamp multipliers

Orders must be placed by an adult aged 18 or over.

Partially refunded, fully refunded and cancelled orders won’t earn Impact Stamps and will not count towards your journey progress.

No, you don’t need to be subscribed to our newsletter to be part of Paper High Passport.

You can collect Impact Stamps, progress through ‘My Journey’, and redeem rewards without receiving marketing emails.

However, if you do choose to subscribe, we’ll keep you updated on your progress, share exclusive offers, and let you know about reward updates and Passport news, so you always know where you are on your journey with us.

Subscribing is completely optional. Your journey, your choice.

Paper High Passport doesn’t have an end date; it’s an ongoing programme designed to reward you throughout your journey with us.

As long as the programme is running, you can continue to earn Impact Stamps, progress through ‘My Journey’, and redeem rewards.

Individual rewards or coupons may have their own expiry dates, which will always be clearly shown in your account. Full details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

No, Impact Stamps can’t be exchanged for cash, credit notes, vouchers or gift cards.

Instead, your Passport Impact Stamps can be redeemed for rewards that add value or make an impact.

Paper High Passport is automatically included as part of having an online account with us. Because the programme is linked directly to your account, it isn’t possible to opt out of the loyalty scheme while keeping your account active.

That said, taking part is entirely passive. You can simply shop as normal and choose not to use your rewards if you’d prefer.

If you’d like to stop taking part completely, you can request to close your online account, which will remove you from Paper High Passport at the same time.

1. Eligibility

  • The Programme is open to customers who:
    • Are aged 18 or over.
    • Have an active customer account on paperhigh.com (registered using an email address and password).
    • Place orders directly via paperhigh.com.
  • Paper High reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at any time where misuse or abuse of the Programme is suspected.

2. Earning Impact Stamps (points)

  • Customers earn Impact Stamps (points) on every qualifying order placed on paperhigh.com.
  • Impact Stamps are earned on the order value excluding discounts, shipping, refunds and cancelled items.
  • Impact Stamps do not expire.
  • Impact Stamps will be credited once an order has been dispatched and will be removed if the order is subsequently refunded or cancelled.
  • If your order is partially refunded, the Impact Stamps you earnt on the item(s) refunded will be removed. 

3. ‘My Journey’ & Lifetime Spend

  • ‘My Journey’ is where customers can view their current, previous and future rank. 
  • Customers can achieve ranks based on their lifetime spend on paperhigh.com.
  • Lifetime spend is calculated on completed orders only and excludes discounts, shipping, refunded and cancelled orders.
  • Each rank unlocks benefits such as:
    • Money‑off coupons.
    • Impact Stamp multipliers on future orders.
  • Rank status is retained for life and does not reset.
  • Paper High reserves the right to adjust rank thresholds or benefits at any time.

4. Spending Impact Stamps

  • Impact Stamps can be redeemed for:
    • Money off future orders on paperhigh.com.
    • Tree planting initiatives via Tree-Nation.
    • Anita Milan Child Education Fund in Nepal.
  • Redemption options, values and availability may change from time to time.
  • Impact Stamps:
    • Have no cash value.
    • Cannot be exchanged for cash, credit notes, vouchers or gift cards.
    • Cannot be transferred between accounts.

5. Money‑Off Rewards

  • Money‑off rewards are issued as digital discount codes. They must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
  • Rewards cannot be used on experience days or any other third party offers available through paperhigh.com.
  • The order total, (excluding discounts and shipping), must exceed the value of the reward.
  • If an order using a reward is refunded, the reward and/or points used may be reinstated at Paper High’s discretion.

6. Refer a Friend

  • Customers can refer a friend using their unique referral code.
  • The referred friend will receive 15% off their first order (excluding shipping), provided:
    • The order is placed within 30 days of referral.
    • The unique referral link or code is used at checkout.
  • The 15% discount cannot be used on experience days or any other third party offers available through paperhigh.com.
  • There is no minimum order value for the referred friend to receive 15% off.
  • The referrer will receive 500 Impact Stamps (worth £5) once the referred friend places their first order.
  • Referral rewards are subject to fair use checks. Paper High reserves the right to withhold or remove referral rewards where self‑referrals, duplicate accounts or misuse are identified.

7. Fair Use

  • This Programme is designed to reward genuine customer engagement.
  • Paper High reserves the right to:
    • Investigate accounts where abnormal earning or redemption activity is detected.
    • Remove Impact Stamps, rewards or rank status.
    • Suspend or close accounts where abuse is suspected.

8. Changes & Termination

  • Paper High reserves the right to:
    • Amend, suspend or withdraw the Programme or any element of it at any time.
    • Change earning rates, redemption values, rewards or ranks without prior notice.
  • Where possible, we will communicate significant changes clearly and transparently.

9. General

  • Impact Stamps and rewards are issued at Paper High’s discretion.
  • Participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Redemption of rewards is subject to Paper High’s standard Terms & Conditions.
