Our work with Tree-Nation
Tree-Nation are on a mission to reforest the world. Planting trees has been proven to be one of the most efficient solutions to fight Climate Change. Thanks to their reforestation and conservation projects, they are helping to restore forests, create jobs, support local communities and protect biodiversity.
In September 2024, we signed up to their pledge for the planet; every month we’re planting 200 trees where they’re needed the most (Africa, America, Asia, Europe).
We also have a Climate Action Website, where Tree-Nation automatically compensates the estimated CO₂ emissions our website generates by planting trees.
Optional carbon offset contribution at checkout
We offer customers the option to add a voluntary 1% carbon offset contribution at checkout. This is designed to help address the carbon emissions associated with delivery from our warehouse to you.
These contributions are pooled and, on a quarterly basis, used to support Tree-Nation-certified nature-based projects. These include reforestation and conservation initiatives such as restoring degraded land, combating deforestation, and preserving biodiversity worldwide.
These projects are designed to remove CO₂ over time while supporting local ecosystems and communities. Your contribution does not remove the fact that delivery creates emissions, but it helps fund verified climate and reforestation action to address those emissions transparently.
Our work with Feefo
Developed in partnership with Ecologi, Feefo launched Treefo which turns customer reviews into forests!
Ecologi works hand-in-hand with genuine project providers who are engaging with local communities to restore landscapes. These tree-planting projects nurture seeds to have the best chance of growing into full-grown trees.
From September 2024, every review left on Feefo for your Paper High purchase will fund the planting of a tree. We’ve committed to planting 50 trees every month with Treefo.

Our impact on Treeapp
We joined Treeapp in August 2022 to plant trees every month. We concentrated our planting efforts within Nepal, as this is where a few of our producers are based, so that we could give even more back to the artisans we work with.
In August 2024, we stopped planting trees with Treeapp and carried on our efforts with Tree-Nation.
Between August 2022 to August 2024:
- 196.20 tonnes CO2 will be absorbed by our trees across their lifetime
- 18 workdays was created for local communities
- 2880.00 m² of land was reforested
To summarise, we’re planting 250 trees every month
As well as offsetting our estimated website’s CO₂ emissions.
