Delivery & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day and everything is sent tracked.
- UK Standard via Royal Mail (2 - 5 working days): £1.95 or £3.95 depending on the items in your order. Orders over £20 qualify for free standard delivery.
- UK Next Working Day via DPD: Order before 3pm - £6.95
- UK Saturday via Royal Mail: Order before 3pm on Friday - £9.95
- Europe: £7.95, £9.95, or £14.95 depending on the items in your order.
- Rest of the world: £7.95, £10.95, or £17.95 depending on the items in your order.

Sending internationally? Royal Mail aim to deliver internationally within 7 working days, but it can take up to 14 working days. All orders delivered outside of the UK are now subject to customs fees. We are unable to advise exactly how much this will be for each order. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
We offer our customers a 90 day return policy for any products (unless personalised), providing the products are in the same condition as they were received, and are still in the original packaging.

Sending as a gift? Everything we send comes in lovely recyclable packaging, with the option to add a gift note at checkout (printed on recycled, textured A6 card with our branding). As standard, the price is never printed on the packing slip.
We offer an in-house gift-wrapping service or you can purchase our beautiful handmade gift wrap and gift boxes to do this at home.

The felt is handmade from sustainable wool using traditional methods. Instead of weaving the wool, heat, moisture, and pressure are applied to entangle the fibres and create the beautiful material. The vibrant colours are created using only natural, colourfast dyes.
Due to the handmade nature of these products the colours and designs may vary, but loveliness comes as standard.
Please note: Due to small parts, this keyring is not suitable for small children.

Nepal
Our colourful felt products are handmade by one of the leading and most inspiring felt producers in Nepal, Aaha felt. As a Fair Trade company, they provide training and work for women within some of the poorest communities in Nepal.
To date, the company has empowered over 100 women, training them in traditional crafts and forming their own community where they sing and dance while creating the beautiful designs. Committed to being as eco-conscious as possible, they use only raw materials and natural dyes for their crafting process, carried out entirely by hand using traditional methods. They also use solar energy to power their operations.
