Quirky and practical, our elephant dung stationery sets make a great gift to stay in touch with the elephant lover in your life. Each set includes 20 sheets of handmade elephant dung paper and 10 envelopes, each decorated with a charming border of elephants.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day and everything is sent tracked. 

  • UK Standard via Royal Mail (2-5 days): £1.95 or £3.95 depending on the items in your order. Orders over £20 qualify for free standard delivery.
  • UK Next Working Day via DPD: Order before 3pm - £6.95
  • UK Saturday via Royal Mail: Order before 3pm on Friday - £9.95
  • Europe: £7.95, £9.95, or £14.95 depending on the items in your order.
  • Rest of the world: £7.95, £10.95, or £17.95 depending on the items in your order.

The total will be calculated at the checkout.

We offer our customers a 90 day return policy for any products (unless personalised), providing the products are in the same condition as they were received, and are still in the original packaging.

Sending as a gift? Everything we send comes in lovely recyclable packaging, with the option to add a gift note at checkout (printed on recycled, textured A6 card with our branding). As standard, the price is never printed on the packing slip.

We offer an in-house gift-wrapping service or you can purchase our beautiful handmade gift wrap and gift boxes to do this at home.

Our elephant dung stationery is hand crafted from 25% recycled paper and 75% elephant dung, meaning there can be some variation in the texture and shade of the paper depending on their diet. Each sheet of paper is truly as unique as the elephant that helped to create it! The paper is acid-free, suitable for all pens, and coloured with only natural dyes.

Please note: The envelopes are not gummed. We’d recommend tucking the flap inside, or using an eco-friendly glue alternative like paper tape.

Due to the handmade nature of these products each one is unique, but loveliness comes as standard.

Founded in 1993, Trickledown started as a manufacturer of recycled paper products. Today, they use a whole range of sustainable materials in their work, including paddy husk, banana, pineapple, and elephant dung (working with our other elephant dung producer Maximus!).

With the core value of empowering their artisans through the development and support of their crafts, the largely female team provide fairly paid opportunities to improve the lives of their workers and their communities.
