We’ve made our referral scheme really straight forward. No hidden tricks or clauses!

Once you’ve submitted the form on this page, we will email your friend with all the details they need.

Once they’ve placed their first order on paperhigh.com (within 6 weeks of the referral), and have spent over £25 excluding any discounts and shipping costs, a member of our team will verify the order (please allow 3 working days for us to verify).

Provided your friend’s purchase is accepted by Paper High and is not refunded or cancelled, we will then email both you and your friend with your very own Paper High gift card loaded with £5 to spend on your next order!

The £5 Paper High gift card will be valid for 3 months from the date earned.

Absolutely! You can refer as many people as you want, as long as you have their consent to pass their details onto us.

We need consent before we send emails out, due to GDPR. If you are not sure they want to be contacted, it’s best to ask before completing the form on this page.

Once a friend has made a qualifying purchase that you referred, a gift card will be allocated to you. For each following successful referral, we will load the gift card with your reward. This means that you can continue to use the same gift card number and not get confused or sent multiple numbers!

Please note that there is a limit in place, to stop the programme being abused:

• No more than 5 rewards within any 24 hour period or £1000 of reward value within any 12 month period.
• No more than 20 friends referred within any 24 hour period.

Yes. You must be an existing Paper High customer and over the age of 18 to take part in our referral scheme, otherwise how can you spread the Paper High love!

No. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or monetary value.

No, you cannot refer yourself.

If you are a new customer you can either (1) ask a friend who already shops with us to refer you or (2) sign up to our newsletter to get 10% off your first order.

Referrer Rewards

• Each Referrer will receive a £5 Paper High gift card reward for each friend referred who places an order on paperhigh.com and meets the following conditions:
  1. they aren’t an existing customer of Paper High at the time of the order
  2. they spent over £25 excluding any discounts and shipping costs
  3. they ordered within 6 weeks of the referral
• To participate in the Refer a Friend programme, the Referrer must be 18+ and an existing Paper High customer.
• Provided the referred friend’s purchase is not refunded or cancelled, rewards will be delivered to the Referrer once the referred friend’s order is accepted by Paper High. Please allow 3 working days for Paper High to verify the order.
• The Referrer will be notified by email once reward has been earned and rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date earned.
• If multiple qualifying referrals are made to Paper High, multiple rewards will be delivered to the Referrer, subject to a Referrer being limited to no more than 5 rewards within any 24 hour period or £1000 of reward value within any 12 month period. A Referrer should not expect their referred friends to be given rewards automatically if they are referring more frequently than 20 friends within any 24 hour period.
• Referrer must enter the gift card number at checkout to receive the reward. Rewards are only valid on full price items with the checkout total exceeding the reward amount. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash value.
• Once a gift card has been allocated to you, Paper High will continue to load the referral reward onto it for each successful verified referral.
• Paper High reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time in its sole discretion.
• Paper High reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
• Redemption of the reward will be subject to Paper High’ standard terms and conditions, available here.

Referred Friend Rewards

• The Referred friend can use a 10% off Paper High discount voucher when they place their first order on paperhigh.com, by signing up to our newsletter.
• The Referred will be notified by email once the £5 Paper High gift card reward has been earned and rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date earned.
• In order to qualify, the referred friend must be 18+ and a new customer to Paper High.
• The Referred will receive a £5 Paper High gift card reward to spend on their next order on paperhigh.com if they meet the following conditions:
  • (1) they aren’t an existing customer of Paper High at the time of their first referred order
  • (2) they spent over £25 excluding any discounts and shipping costs, on their first referred order
  • (3) they ordered within 6 weeks of the referral
  • (4) they did not cancel or receive a refund on their first referred order
• Rewards are only valid on full price items with the checkout total exceeding the reward amount. Any rewards will be revoked if a refund is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
• The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.
• Redemption of the reward will be subject to Paper High’ standard terms and conditions, available here.
• There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.
