Can I get some samples before placing an order?
Sadly not. We receive quite a lot enquires for samples and whilst we'd love to help, it is difficult for us as a small Fair Trade business to support everyone. Our margins are relatively small with the majority of our profit going towards charity initiatives and supporting our suppliers in India, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
Can you lower the minimum order of £100?
We have a minimum order threshold set at £100 to ensure our warehouse team do not get overwhelmed with smaller, harder to pick and pack orders. We believe this is a fair price for our wholesale customers.
The products have imperfections. Can I get a replacement?
All our products are handmade by our talented artisans, making them unique in their own way and giving them each their own characteristics, which we find some people love.
We are more than happy to send out a replacement, but please bear in mind that as everything is handmade it is possible that there will be some imperfections on all our products.
What's your delivery fee and do you ship internationally?
How do I return or exchange an item(s)?
We are happy to offer our trade/wholesale customers a 30 day no questions asked return on any products, providing the products are in the same condition as they were received and still in the original packaging. Please see this page for more information.
