We stock a range of handmade bunting that is created from beautiful off-cuts using a vibrant mix of colours and styles which have been specially selected to provide beautiful and unique bunting suitable for your celebration.

Each set offers unique elements and they are also machine washable to ensure that they can be kept clean, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor.

Our sari stationery range sells so well that we were consistently left with lots of gorgeous sari offcuts that we were not sure what to do with - until our producer in Rajasthan suggested making recycled sari bunting. We now employ more local women exclusively to make this colourful bunting. It means that we can help more families in the area and avoid waste. Everyone wins!

Due to the handmade nature of these products, and the fact that they are made from sari fabric off-cuts, the colour and fabric design may vary but loveliness comes as standard.

Indian Making a differenceBy buying this product you will be supporting the work of skilled artisans and craftspeople in Rajasthan, India.

All the products in this range are made by a small family business in Rajasthan who we have worked with for many years following Fair Trade guidelines.

We visit every year and we now know the producers and their families well and consider them true friends. We are proud that together we are able to provide people in rural villages fairly paid work that would have otherwise been difficult to find.

The khadda paper used in the products is handmade using recycled cotton leftover from the massive garment industry in India. The paper is made by a charity in rural Rajasthan that promotes women’s education and their social standing in the rural villages.

The beautiful sari material is handmade using man-made fibres because we are uncomfortable with the  traditional methods used to make silk.

We respect our producers and it is very important to us that we treat them fairly. We pay all our producers 50% upfront and send money to them whenever they need it and we never return anything, even if it’s damaged. To incentivise the staff, we have a bonus system in place.
