Sending as a gift? Everything we send comes in lovely recyclable packaging, with the option to add a gift note at checkout (printed on recycled, textured A6 card with our branding). As standard, the price is never printed on the packing slip.

This handy unisex courier bag has plenty of space inside. Open the flap, secured by two magnetic popper fastenings, to reveal the roomy main compartment. Lined with a soft, hand stitched fabric, there’s plenty of room for a laptop, A4 folders and more. There’s also a small zipped pocket to keep your valuables safe. The shoulder strap is sturdy and adjustable for comfortable carrying over your shoulder or across your body.

Due to the function they perform, fire hoses have a limited working lifespan. They’re eventually ‘retired’ from the field and would usually be sent to landfill. Our wonderful producers have given them a new lease of life with this trendy, sustainable design.

Due to the handmade nature of our products each one is unique, but loveliness comes as standard.

Meet the maker

Conserve India

India

Employing and training hundreds of people from Delhi’s most disadvantaged communities, Conserve India are an NGO that create beautifully unique leather products, and put the profits back into the same communities to improve education and welfare.

Born out of a desire to reduce India’s mountain of waste, they recycle and repurpose materials in their designs wherever possible. The leather used for their bags and accessories is salvaged from the waste of their local meat industry, and they’ve even developed a patented technique of upcycling plastic waste.

Their ongoing research into the use of new recycled fibre blends, eco-friendly farming techniques, and community engagement make them a truly fantastic Fair Trade producer.
